These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Perspective Labs ("Company", "we", "us"), including the Perspective AI platform at perspectiveai.xyz and the OpenClaw AI agent platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Services in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through our platform

4. AI Model Access

Perspective AI provides access to third-party AI models (including but not limited to GPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek). We do not control the output of these models and make no warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

5. OpenClaw AI Agents

If you deploy AI agents through OpenClaw AI, you are responsible for the behavior and output of your agents. You must ensure your agents comply with the terms of service of the messaging platforms they operate on (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord).

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future subscribers, but existing subscribers will not be affected during their current billing period

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Perspective Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using our Services belongs to you.

9. AI Store & Token System

The AI Store allows users to create and share AI tools. POV tokens earned through platform usage have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the token system at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perspective Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
