Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, Discord), we receive your basic profile information.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Services, including AI models used, features accessed, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the platform.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
Chat Data: Conversations with AI models are stored to provide you with chat history. We do not use your chat content to train AI models.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Monitor and analyze usage trends
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- AI Model Providers: Your prompts are sent to the AI model providers you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) to generate responses. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
- Payment Processors: Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
- Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. OpenClaw AI Agents
When you deploy an AI agent through OpenClaw, messages sent to your agent are processed through our platform and the selected AI model provider. You are responsible for informing your agent's users about data collection. We retain agent conversation data to provide the service and for debugging purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained until you delete it. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your chat history
- Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies
Our marketing websites (perspectiveai.xyz, perspectivelabs.org) use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies. The application (app.perspectiveai.xyz) uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only.

Our Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
